Does it exist? A quick Google search turned out fruitless.

    Edit:

Because the Wiki article about "Sega Megadrive/Genesis only" titles is less than accurate, I have decided to compile my own list of exclusives. Any additions and/or corrections are welcome.

I have taken a few liberties when it comes to the term "exclusive":

    - Ports or multi-platform games that have had a few levels/sprites changed and/or added are not on the list.
    - Games that were ported and downgraded to 8-bit systems and handhelds are on the list.
    - Ports that have had full game modes added to them (Mercs, Super Hang-On etc.) are on the list.
    - Games that have received VC and compilation releases as well as next-gen console/handheld (re-)releases are on the list.

There have been a bunch of threads like this one already. Use the search function here at sega-16. I can tell you, though, that the best way is to make your own list. Use the Wikipedia article to help you, as well as other sources (including sega-16).

I've used the search before I made this topic, but nothing useful came up.
I'll start compiling a list and drop it here when it's done.
What Wiki article are you referring to?

Madou Monogatari I - Also on MSX (original), Game Gear, PC Engine Super CD.

Shi Kin Joh - There's a GameGear version. Not sure how different they are. http://ui27.gamefaqs.com/1242/gfs_9703_2_1.jpg

Shove It! - The Warehouse Game - Alternate name is Soukoban or Boxxle, released on many platforms.

Super Thunder Blade - An Arcade port, also on TG16, SMS etc.

Thunder Force III - Also on SNES and Arcade.

Ultimate Qix - Released as Volfied for Amiga, PC Engine etc.

Wonder Boy in Monster World - Dynastic Hero for the TG16 CD is almost identical. It just changes some sprites, some dialogue and the music.

Crayon Shin-Chan - Arashi o Yobu Sono Ko - Not sure about this one but the SNES and GG games look pretty similar?

    Warsong - Ported/remade for PS1 and Saturn.

Animaniacs - The SNES release is an entirely different game.

Sonic 1 was ported to the GBA.

Most 8-bit ports are seriously downgraded but Ristar, Road Rash and Gunstar Heroes are pretty impressive on GG/SMS.

    Thanks!
No idea why I put STB on there. Maybe the super in the title got me confused.
I think I'll keep the titles that only have had downgraded ports on the exclusives list.
Is TF3 an arcade port? I think you told me the alternate name once, but I forgot and can't find the topic.

This list is flawed, why are games ported to systems after the Genesis' lifetime not being counted as exclusives? There are a ridiculous amount of exclusives ported to other systems, just look at the entirety of Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection.

    Also, where's:

    Tommy Lasorda Baseball
    Pat Riley Basketball
    Arnold Palmer Golf
    Buster Douglas Boxing
    Michael Jackson's Moonwalker
    Virtua Fighter 2

That's the problem with Wikipedia's list; they actually go so far as to exclude games available on the Virtual Console.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categor...ive-only_games

Edit: though I think they might not count compilations.

These two were released on the SMS.

Ayrton Senna's Super Monaco GP II - Released on the GG and SMS
Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse - Released on the GG and SMS
Dynamite Headdy - Released on the GG and SMS
Gunstar Heroes - Released on the GG
Mega Bomberman - This is actually a port of Bomberman '94 from the PC Engine
Mega Turrican - This is a port of Turrican III from the Amiga
Ristar - Released on the GG
Robocop Versus The Terminator - Released on the SNES, GG, and SMS

You guys have brought-up very fine points indeed. Let me just add that some of those so called strict Genesis or Mega Drive exclussives are usually paired-up against their 16-bit counterparts (usually the SNES), or, in this instance, against regionalities of sega's 16-bitter. So, to elaborate on what Baloo said, one need not go as far as to look at compilations on current gen consoles like the PS2, or downloadable re-releases like on the Wii. The fact is that many of these so termed exclusives (in this instance, American vs. European vs. Japanese, etc. Sega 16-bit titles) may have had their own releases on other systems whose lifespans overlapped (and even preceded) sega's 16-bitter (give or take a few "bits" per said consoles). The Comodore 64, Atari Jaguar, 3DO, TurboGrafx-16/PCE, Sega's own Saturn, etc, etc, etc...).

Wrong. Turrican 3 is a port of Mega Turrican.

    I'll try and help...

Battletech- It's also on the SNES under the name MechWarrior 3050.]
Jungle Strike- It's also on the SNES and the PC.

Borderliners (if you're not counting later ports after the system was dead, then nevermind this section)...

Shining Force- Remade for the GBA, called Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon
Steel Empire- Ported to the GBA with some graphical redesigns.
Phantasy Star II + III- Ported to the GBA with Phantasy Star Collection.
Thunder Force III- Ported to the Saturn with Thunder Force Gold Pack 1

Alianger- Thunder Force III could have still been called an exclusive despite those titles. Thunder Force AC changed two of the levels (one new, one from TFII), while Thunder Spirits is a port of TFAC, with even more changes made to some levels (like the battleship and final stages). TFIII as it is on the Genesis, wasn't duplicated until Thunder Force Gold Pack 1 came out for the Saturn (and this is assuming ports that came after the system's death count).

    Currently Reviewing: Galaxy Force (SMS)
    Coming Up:TF3 Side by Side
Done: Jim Power: The Lost Dimension

The Coop - Yeah I'm aware of the difference between the versions, and I do think everyone should at least try them all.
But is one stage less and a few other differences enough to call it an exclusive?
It's debatable with some titles. Ristar and Earthworm Jim are other examples.

I'd draw the line between versions that have a different game engine and level designs, which is the case with Castle of Illusion, ESWAT and others.

That reminds me, Aladdin as it was on MD was also on PC and Amiga. Only the SNES and SMS games are different.

Edit: Also, Mercs on MD has its Original Mode which plays very differently from the other versions.

Yeah, you're right. I have no idea about all the compilation packs being released as I don't own any next-gen consoles. I haven't taken into account any compilation or next-gen releases yet, except for Sonic 1, so the list is fine at the moment, just missing a few titles.
I guess it's better to draw the line at the 32-bit era.

    As for the games:
Tommy Lasorda and VF2 are arcade ports, the others have been added.

    Also, I'd remove these:
Ayrton Senna's Super Monaco GP II - Released on the GG and SMS
Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse - Released on the GG and SMS
Dynamite Headdy - Released on the GG and SMS
Gunstar Heroes - Released on the GG
Mega Bomberman - This is actually a port of Bomberman '94 from the PC Engine
Mega Turrican - This is a port of Turrican III from the Amiga
Ristar - Released on the GG
Robocop Versus The Terminator - Released on the SNES, GG, and SMS
All of these are either different and/or downgraded versions of the original.
I'll take bomberman off the list.
