    I grew up with the Sega sound chip, I'm always going to like it better than SNES sound chip. It's one of the charms of the MD. I'm also partial to Commodore 64's sound chip.

    Two that've caught my attention recently


    Melodically stands out from the rest of Kyd's scores, nice lead and chord progressions.


    Best song from Pulseman. Been trying to remix it.

    I always like the Mortal Kombat 2 and 3 tracks a lot.

    I saw some people above talking about two-player Sonic 3 competition tracks but I gotta say, Endless Mine has always taken the cake for me.

    Of many, many great chiptunes, I find it odd how memorable this one is. Especially considering it wasn't even in the main part of the game!
