These occasionally show up on Yahoo Auctions JP. Loose usually go for around $100 and boxed for $400-600.
The retro collecting scene is so weird to me. I remember 10 years ago these were on eBay all day and night for fifty bucks mint in box. Nobody wanted them. I ended up getting a Sega Nomad instead. They stayed up for a loooong time too.
