I've never heard of any of those, but it doesn't really matter right now. What I really want translated is Surging Aura, hopefully that will come through![]()

Crap. I meant to click Ya-Se Chuan Shuo but hit Other instead :/
Dragon Slayer. It's a nostalgia thing mostly, but I am familiar with other entries in the series (Faxanadu and Sorcerian), and I kinda liked them.
The funny thing about an oxymoron is, even if you remove the ox, there'll always be a moron. The Question Remains: Y?
Xandu is a different series technically.
Right. Dragon Slayer games branch off into their own series, in effect. Streamlined:The xseed chart should provide a much better idea...
- Dragon Slayer
- Xanadu -> Faxanadu -> some N-Gage game (seriously)
- Romancia
- Dragon Slayer Family
- Sorcerian -> lots of additional chapters
- The Legend of Heroes -> The Legend of Heroes II -> (lots of sequels and branchoffs; see link below)
- there is no agreement; some say Lord Monarch while xseed, Falcom's new official localizers, say other games
Actually, is Lord Monarch a Dragon Slayer game?!
Sega Retro — a wiki I help run that's dedicated to documenting everything Sega from the old electromechanical games to today's video games
All of them.
But Vixen 357 first.
Yu Yu Hakusho Gaiden
The Chinese games since I don't know what they are; however the Dragon Slayer games are probably the highest quality. Vixen 357 is nothing missed, unless you for some reason demand your SRPGs only on the Genesis (and are both Langrissers available in Eng?). The combat screens tire very quickly, and otherwise there are much better SRPGs on the Saturn, PS, DC, and PS2 to dream of--the Sakura Taisen series being the obvious mech fix, and actually amusing.
Legend of Heroes II, because I already played the English localization of Legend of Heroes I. I'd like the play the sequel to see how the story progresses. I'm assuming the MD version is of decent quality (and has auto battle too). I know the graphics are little lacking, but that's ok. The first one wasn't anything to write home about either, but fairly fun IMO (albeit "short lived" <- see what I did there?). Though I kind of wished they would have stuck with the tiny graphic style of the original, it's kinda cute
But beggars can't be choosers. Or can they....
dragon slayer 1 and 2
translated with a package and a manual
i payed for that 100 dollar or more
Both Langrissers are available in English and this is a Genesis site. Vixen 357 is Langrisser with Mecha, so why not complete the set?
Considering how much I enjoyed Vixen 357 without being able to understand a word of it, I would really love to replay it now and know what is actually happening.
