    Sonic USB portable Genesis Emulator

This is a neat looking project for a portable Genesis emulator, pretty straight forward to do as well.

It's kind of cool. But I kind of do this already. I have a USB drive with Kega. And a Genesis controller with a USB adapter. I plug both in and play. I could easily make Kega auto run and achieve similar results. But I supose have something you just plug in and play is easy to use. Just not really messes are for me. Not hard to click on file and play and plug two devices in instead of one.

Yeah, but it is nice to have it all in a controller though, it makes a nice looking package.

It's an admirable project, but those controllers are a lump of shit; very cheap plastic, prone to breaking very easily, especially the d-pad.

It's best to do what I do; just use a USB adapter like this one and use your own Mega Drive/Genny pad. As for storing the emu, just put on a flash pen or on your harddrive.

So its a controller with a build in emulator. Because saying its a "portable emulator" doesn't mean much, almost every emulator out there is portable.
