This is the other piece you can buy on the market:

PS: a 10/9 piece went for over 1300 dollars a month ago.

You're not likely going to get anywhere close to your asking price with 0 feedback on eBay.

Additionally, a single example of a sale on an auction website means little by itself. It's very easy for individuals or small groups of people to artificially raise prices by selling to themselves in hopes of raising the amount of money people are willing to pay by filling sales records of rare games with fake data. Since there are so few legit sales, it doesn't take much to drastically skew the average.

Infamous with Neo Geo games especially. According to eBay, a copy of Metal Slug 4 recently went for $700, which is complete nonsense. It never goes for more than $500 legitimately. I got mine for $320 a couple years back.

Well I wont sell the item for much less to be honest will rather find a guy with better rating and sell the item with him. I have sold a Complete NES (all papers, guarantee ticket etc were there) with an 0 feedback account for 195 dollars 2 weeks ago.

What do you think what is the price that people actually would pay for my ff2 MD item?
Do you have any experience in opening sega cartridge, since this is the advice an other collector told me on my issue?

Yeah, just buy the bits off of the internet. I regularly open rare games to authenticate the board. Not so much for the purpose of selling, more so for my own peace of mind.

Showing pictures of the board would likely increase faith in potential buyers of your item, though. So, I'd suggest doing it as well.

Well if it doesnt sell, I will open it up for sure. It seems to me that I need special tools for this action.

With that bundle you can open most game cartridges and systems.
