I just can't stand lies, especially when such big press is involved. Their information is rubbish, but they continue to repost each other not checking everything at all, promoting very bad people, who doesn't have anything with development of the mentioned game.

Well, since you have rights for Duke Nukem 3D and Jim Power, you should show eBay employees how you really care about that - show contracts, bomb with messages, ask your friends to report his listings, etc.
Otherwise I'm afraid the only thing they'll do is just removal of these two lots (and then he'll relist them later after some time). They don't like sellers, but they get 18% profit from any sales anyway, and such popular sellers are quite profitable.
Only complete removal of his fuckin' account will solve the problem.

And that I would hate to sue ebay for allowing and endorsing the sale of counterfeit goods online.

Cartridge repros are not wrong, unless someone has a fresh license to re-release the game on the same platform. If you will go by "remove them all from eBay", you won't arrive anywhere.
Only "I have these two licenses for these two exact games and that user violates it and refuses to remove them, please erase his existence" line will lead to anything.
Although eBay never cared about sellers, "nothing is wrong there" attitude is surprising.

at this point many new Sonic 1 hacks are quite better than these and many other homebrew, but the effort is there (and they don't use copyrighted materials...).

Also you are missing many old games from Goodgen's "Public Domain" category, ie Atari ports or some unfinished stuff, right where the limit between a game and a demo becomes blurried (edit: that's where your 'finished' requirement is a good thing). Great list anyway.

Also why no Russian/Chinese "homebrew originals" (not char/screen hacks) like Angry Birds, Plants vs Zombies, Flappy Bird, Minesweeper, Ben 10, etc? Sumo Slam or Chu chu rocket are on your list to begin with... I understand the spirit of this list, though. Maybe they are not part of the 'homebrew scene', but these 'ripoffs' don't differ much from homebrew ports.

EDIT2: I think the problem here might be this 'finished' requirement, I think you should "relax" this criteria with projects like SMS Brawl or any other game the developer considers to be still WIP because sometimes they abandon it and some of these are not only playable but would be considered finished if the dev had say so at the time. The list feels incomplete to me without 2013-2014 games that are still being "updated" (as opposed to "finished").

Thanks, I've added these four games to the list (including SMS Brawl). I should write not "finished", but "released", that's what I meant actually. WIP games are okay, as long as they have a ROM to download. Fixed now.

Perhaps because they're not "homebrew" (and certainly not "original")? Chinese rip-offs are a product for a certain market in Russia - greedy parents.
I'll explain - in this country parents usually never buy a console/PC/smartphone for their children, only if it's dirt cheap. So, after many years they finally buy these crying children a present - a Famiclone or Mega Drive clone, which costs them about 15-20$. But these children want games, and they have some rich friends at school, which are playing super modern games on super modern systems (Gran Turismo, Angry Birds, etc.). But greedy parents give a flying fuck about that, it costs too much and they hate their children anyway. Then unnamed Chinese developers appear and give them these super modern games, but for that cheap clone system they already bought. Each one costs them 5$ and everyone's happy, parents can now say "I bought you your Gran Turismo, now shut up and play it to your death", children are happy too ("Hey classmate Ivan I have ENGRY BUDS on my SEGA too! Nanana! Can we be friends now?"), Chinese devs are even more happier ("these stupid russians still buy 16-bit games, so we can use the same ancient tools which we inherited from our great ancestors").
Tell me - do you really can call it a part of "homebrew" scene? And it's not really about the spirit, it's just technically isn't (selling unlicensed games with ripped assets on big market).

p.s. I'm aware of Minesweeper and Flappy Bird port, but I didn't add them because they have been developed by russian fascists. Real fascists I mean, the ones who support terrorism against Ukraine. These retards have even released an anti-Ukranian Mario hack on their site.

I do have my own opinion on political issues like this and also on the Russian pirate scene... but from the gaming POV I think Minesweeper deserves to be here. I reckon the other rip-offs are mostly BS, though. But there are some US & European developed ripoffs on your list too (and they deserve to be).

Remember that people want to have all this games in one convenient list: yours.

Kokushin is a decent shoot'em up with no sound and Miniball has some unique gameplay. They are far better than ports like Berzerk which would not be here if it wasn't a classic (and the port is ok). You can find them on the latest goodgen set 3.21 (or elsewhere probably) under the huge "Public Domain" folder. There are other games there also but as I said, some of them are barely games, most of them just demos, protos, etc far from anything playable, and in the same folder as tons of technical demos, tests, etc. Games like 'Berzerk' are also part of this set.

EDIT: Maybe this Murcian invasion shouldn't be here. It's mostly a private joke and you can barely play it, there's only one level, you can't really die, etc etc so the game is largely unfinished. But +1 because it's yet another 2014 new homebrew MD 'game'...

Which ones? Rip-off it's not just a game with unlicensed trademark uses and ripped assets, you need to sell it to make it a rip-off. If it's free, then it's just a fan-made homebrew.
