Media Low-lag HDMI to Composite/S-Video converter?

Not sure if anyone here has any experience with this, but I'm hoping someone can recommend an HDMI to Composite/S-video converter that is low latency? I'm looking into getting one, but want something able to deal with gameplay without introducing a big delay. Thanks!

I've used the one that monoprice sells. There was no lag that I noticed, but it had a nasty color shift, everything looked washed out.
