The 50 reply requirement is for spam prevention.

If you want, you can PM me whatever you wanted to post just as you would have normally written it, and I'll post it to the tech aid forum on your behalf,

I thought we could start new threads once we'd hit 50 posts? I'm still restricted and want to start a 'dev diary' thread for my new Genesis racer

I think there is a bit of a delay. If you just now got to 50+, I would give it a day or so. I remember another user wasn't able to post new threads right after hitting 50. They had to give it a bit of time.

I got a PM from a user with access problems. The account is from June 2015, so the account might of just accidentally been overlooked when approving.

User Brock Landers (whom I know from other forums and can vouch for) needs to be approved/activated. Thanks!

For this complains to end the SEGA scene needs to be more open like it was years ago.
Examples: the two main SEGA forums SpritesMind and sega-16 (here) need admin approval, plus there are more limitations to new members.
No wonder that lately the Nintendo scene is getting lots of nice stuff and at a greater pace!!

The last time we had open registration, the forum was bombarded by spammers. New members may have to suffer a minor inconvenience at registration, but it keeps the board safer and cleaner.
