New User can't access the forum

Melf, I think the numerical prefixes refer to the user's userpage:

That's exactly what it was. It's the user ID and their screen name that goes in the address bar.

Here's the corrected account information for ateam.

The user registered a couple months ago under the screen name Shiro, but that never was activated/approved, so they made a new account. I believe they wish to keep the new account under Nanami

Got another. I'm going to be adding a bit to the discord welcome message. I really need to emphasize to new members that expediting new user activation should make sure they're planning on using the forum. I'm not seeing an uptick in posts, but we're having mods push activations through at a constant rate.
