A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. Computer gaming and console (video) gaming are NOT the same thing."

I haven't done that since my 233 Mhz Pentium MMX PC, which I built myself. Can't be bothered these days and just get my PC's from PC Specialist and have them build it for me

It's embryonic, and very exciting. Welcome to Dadland!

I don't see any power outlets.

The case, PSU and other storage devices are from my old build.
Nice to see another 540 case! I just put this together this past summer. My upgrade path was very similar. Previously I was running an older i5-2500k with 16gb of DDR3 1600mhz ram on an older Intel motherboard in my aging Antec 902 case. To this...

MSI Z390 Carbon mb with i7-9700k and 32gb 3600mhz DDR4. Half the storage from the old was brought to the new. My old system used a older generation Intel 320 series SATA SSD and this one is using a 250gb NVMe. Quite the boost on that alone.

This isn't my official game room though. This is the computer room where mine and my wife's computers reside.

The Air 540 is a great case. It just has so much room for everything, without looking cluttered. The bays for the SSDs is also really cool. Sweet build!

I plan on moving the i7-4790k into the living room tower, and Iím not quite sure what Iím going to do with the 2500k hardware yet. Iíve been thinking about getting a mid-tower case and a PSU, to pair the 2500k with, and selling it for @$500 on Craigslist. I wouldnít make much money though, because Iíd have to spend about $100 just to move it over.

My older gaming PC that I use for old PC games has my Q9650 (Core2Quad) from my 1st PC build. I plan on keeping it for as long as itíll run.

That is cool, looks like a flux capacitor in there. Also, Dadland is currently only powered by love, there are no sockets. Yet...

Funnily enough, there is a snooker table out of frame too!

EDIT - the table is in shot!
