Isn't there a way to make a mold of the plastic and just create a new one?
and if you scan in the letters you might be able to get them professionally printed on sticker material.

Could it be remanufactured using 3D printing?
nop it's too large and if not that large again we back on material, 3D material is not same as original, this material is uniqe made to shine with neon light ....not possible... i do best i can in this situation , will fix broken parts and paint him to silver... will be good if i save original blue letters

tomorrow local guy will start work on neon light lamp , are we sure that is blue colour , regular blue colour or shade of blue?
plastic and back white plastic for poster what is broken will be made new, also i replace neon light befind that plastic , and buy new neon light for top sign eaven i will colour him in silver

Is it possible to go with white and then you could use gels to create whatever shade you liked at a given time?
