I've always wished that this got a GEN/MD release since I was a kid. Along with Shinobi (yay), Robocop (arcade), and the arcade version of Moonwalker.

If you want to animate the fire and have VRAM to spare you may want to look at this:
    http://norecess.cpcscene.net/the-elders-scrollers.html

    Specifically this:

It only requires scrolling so it's pretty light on processing, but you need all frames of the animation in VRAM at once. It may not be 100% accurate but it'd look better… though quickly looking at the animation on the arcade game they may have actually done that too, so huuuh look what's going on first o.O

I'm too lazy to make the fire animated so i simply use the palette cycle trick LOL, but i will make the fire animated and post a video here. Thanks!

That Magician Lord demo looks awesome. I don't know how far you intend to develop it, but Magician Lord is one of the few NeoGeo games I think would have made perfect sense to port back in the day.

    Thank you guys.
My intention with those DEMO/Mockups is to keep learning how to code for the Mega Drive.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to LinkueiBR again.

Whoa! One of my favorite Neo Geo games, on the Genesis? I'm continually impressed by everything the Brazilians are doing in this scene. Between this and the ongoing Mega Man X work I'm feeling extremely spoiled. I see you've also since posted another update on your Youtube channel.

The graphics are looking quite good. The sound will of course need some work but I understand it's just placeholder stuff for now. I wonder if Raijin, Savaged Regime, or one of the other YM2612 maestros would be interested in doing any covers? Despite being an early release, the soundtrack is IMO one of the best on the Neo Geo.
