    Intel Core2 2.4 Ghz
    3 GB RAM
    ATI Radion 3800 video card

It runs most last gen games. Since you said it works with Vista, I will give it a try. Thanks.

I'd love to see if it runs on my 2014 Dell Venue Pro 8. It would be awesome having the ability to play this on something just slightly bigger than a Nintendo Switch.

The developers of Cuphead mentioned on twitter that the game will eventually get a physical release.

It's pretty rad. I know it's been hyped for years but still I'm pleasantly surprised at how popular it is. I'm always down for more beautiful and challenging 2D action games.

It actually does! It feels like it's slightly slower, but it does play decently well with an 8bitdo FC30. The GOG version works fine, the Windows Store version is another story. For some reason it flips itself to the wrong orientation.

This was actually a pretty interesting video discussing some of the similarities Cuphead has to some of the most iconic games to grace the SEGA Genesis:

Some of the similarities are uncanny while others are a bit of a stretch.

A majority of those were definitely reaching, but the few that weren't were pretty awesome. I enjoyed that video. I love nerdy stuff like this.

No Ori and the Blind Forest treatment it seems. Looks more like Patapon 2.

^Wait... so they printed out inserts, put them in a case, and shipped them just to give out a download code?

Why not just press a disc at that point?

I know I'm late to the party, but I saw it was on sale at Nuuvem for $16.20 and jumped on it. Figured it was worth a shot and was happy to see the game runs flawlessly on my "ancient" laptop. For reference, I'm using a G510 laptop with an i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz with 8 GB RAM and no graphics card.

Knowing how many bosses are in the game and having just defeated my third, I'm not really expecting to be blown away. Feels pretty disjointed having levels tacked on separate from the boss fights. There's no weight behind Cuphead's shots; he just point and shoots. I just find it looks odd. Gameplay is good once I bound dash to the left shoulder button. Glad I got it, yet I am still slightly underwhelmed... but maybe that's premature.

My 'ancient' Phenom II X4 820 with integrated GeForce 9100 IGP handles it just fine, once I tune down the detail settings a little. I think MDHR's hardware requirement quotes are a little over-estimated.

Why ask why? At this point I guess they are trolling us.

I forgot to address this post a few weeks ago! The developer has gone on record and said that they have plans of releasing the game in physical format in the near future. The above is NOT the physical version that they were talking about.

Actually, they are. The Windows Store version is seriously broken, and they completely ignore their tweets and support email unless you're IGN or some other big media outlet.
