As the title says.
Was in terrible shape when I purchased it (the top was partially MELTED! Fortunately the insides were relatively okay despite a broken DC jack), but after a *heavy* cleaning and repair session (fixed the DC jack and replaced the melted top shell, reset button and most of the caps) I brought it back to full life. Ran out of money to buy 10uF caps to finish the job, so you'll have to finish that yourself. The bottom shell is original and not too bad off, though one side is very slightly warped, you can see it in the photos.
Replaced the awful KA2195D with a much less disgusting CXA1145M; also made a valiant attempt to make the onboard sound much less craptacular. It now sounds okay in most games, though very loud games like EA's Shadow of the Beast can make it crunch and clip, still it's nowhere near as bad as it was before.
Asking $12+shipping. And yes, if you want I can replace the bottom shell; won't cost any extra. (I just wanted to keep it as original as possible...)
