    It's a licensed repro which would of course cost more than an unlicensed repro for obvious reasons.

    Wow, that's pretty nuts. Though I was impressed with the design for the Earthworm Jim vinyl soundtrack that was released at a fairly reasonable price.

    Retrobit ones are licensed Data East games and put multiple games on a cart for $15.

    All original carts are, by definition, licensed reproductions. Those carts cost less than they would have when they were new. If the production quality is up to par, then the prices are... well, if they'd throw in a soundtrack CD, then they'd be fine.

    Its a cash grab just like street fighter 2 from Iam8bit. Only collectards go out and buy these. If you just wanted to play the game you can buy street fighter 2 for like $10 bucks. Same premise here with $130 for a earthworm Jim. It's sad where the retro market is but it is what it is.
