I'm currently reading off topic forum threads to get enough post under my belt that I can actually start posts and add quality content in the techaid forum

    I just started reading this:

    https://www.amazon.com/Atlas-Obscura...3171409&sr=8-2

It certainly is a strange world we live in!

There is a newer edition - which supposedly only has a few new entries -the upshot is that this edition can be had pretty cheaply if you look around a bit.

C sharp from "Microsoft Press"; forgot edition but it's from 2006.

If anyone has books to share on bitmapped graphics programming, or similar from O'Reilly, let me know.

I'm a regular reader, but lately I've only been reading technical books in the last year. I really like physical books, it is a great pleasure to read on paper for me, but I have to admit that reading on digital is much cheaper and practical.

I am now reading some asm68k books. To be able to buy all 68k books already released in Portuguese. But I also have books in English.

100 Years of Solitude. It's an interesting book. One of the Spanish classics.
