Default Sega CD 1 Help. Fixing

    Hey Guys,
I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I got a sega cd model one and at first no power. I replaced the common fuse and boom power!

Now I have a new problem the cd try will not open or eject. I took it apart and it appears that the tray is hitting the laser and the silver dis mount. It appears that the silver disc holder does not move up and down? any suggestions?

    thanks
    Jim

    Ok
I have put a new belt in on the top portion by the ejector which helped it move now. Is there another gear belt somewhere? I find that the spinal is not moving up and down? I think I see what it is, just not sure how to fix it.. My helix has the small piece of plastic missing I think that is why it won't lift the spindle up and down.. I am trying to find glue gun to fix!
