I'm personally kind of amazed. To pull this off they'd need approval from Sega, LucasArts and probably JVC as well. If they have a foot in the door with JVC then you absolutely know they will reprint Keio as well.

Sega just say "remove our trademarks and it's OK" to releases like these.

LRG have obviously gotten Lucas approval before, and SEGA loves any $ coming their way. Not sure why JVC is involved?

They also posted that they have confirmed PC re-release later in the year also? Interesting...too bad they couldn't use the new combined special edition voice overs mixed in with the original game that is out and about working on actual MSDOS setups.

Monkey Island sold out first, of course - CIB copies have been expensive for a while and was only ever a cardboard release. Rebel Assault was cheap for a long, long time. Have to imagine most Sega CD collectors already have a copy.

Limited of Monkey Island is still available. Not a shocker given that both limited are a bit of meh in terms of additions.
Also is quite pity that these releases are only american. Ok most of us have a regionfree MegaCd or a Cd_X cartridge but still, Monkey Island officially released PAL would have been nice.

Anyone noticed that the screenshots for Monkey Island are in fact the PC VGA version of the releases? Why didn't they use the actual Sega CD screen shots?

Yeah, wouldve been nice to get one in a double-jewel CD case. So much more durable than the US long boxes. Ive got a region free bios, a Mega Cart and a CD-X so region coding is never an issue!

Would be great if Limited Run Games could request to LucasArts/LucasFilm/Disney/whatever the unreleased Mega-CD version of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis and release that. I would buy it for sure.

These two I already have, but thanks anyway.
