    Default Elitserien '95

The Genesis is the home to many great sports titles, and its diversity goes beyond just different genres. Our 16-bit loving cousins across the pond got in on the action too, with games like Elitserien '95, which was the Swedish league version of EA's NHL series. We've already seen one installment, and we now have a full review of its predecessor to add, so grab a puck and check (no pun intended) it out!

Everything is fine, except that the difficulty isn't actually adjustable (if you disregard the team ranking) and the game was released in 1994.

I love how all Zebbe's reviews always contain pointless information about Swedish culture and spin Sweden so it appears to seem like the most awesome country on Earth. Great review.

Sweden actually should be the most kickass country in the world (talking about the social things and stuff)... and I love what metal comes from there

He'll make Sega-16 the greatest Swedish-written resource for, uh, Swedish hockey games.

I like the part about the Final Countdown. Is that normal hockey music? When I was in Stockholm I heard it on someone ringtone and thought to myself "Only in Sweden". I thought the review was good.

They play it in ALL hockey games in Sweden and I've heard it many international tournaments as well. I read an interview with Europe where they talked about their most famous song. They said they had been to the deep jungle of Brazil visiting some natives who obviously liked the song and played a version of it.

Oh yeah, that song is also played during ALL Swedish hockey games (we don't have baseball here, not American football either and hardly any basketball).

Yeah thats what I saw and expected. The football fans seemed almost crazy. I guess the appeal of that song is universal.
