Please subtitle it. Lots of non-native English speakers will watch it, and the automatic subtitling isn't very good.

I've just finished recording my audio for the #Paprium documentary. I'll start the editing process this weekend

Mmm.. that will be difficult. It's easy to subtitle my voice-overs as I'm following a script, but subtitling everyone else is a long, arduous process.

    I don't give a f#ck about Paprium. Never have.

But if there is going to be a documentary about it, and Stika is producing it: I look forward to it.

Thanks St1ka, I'll be watching these videos. Who knows, maybe they'll be useful for showing to the financial ombudsman!

There might be enough interest to help outsourcing such translations.

But there's significant interest in this case outside of the Francophone community. I very strongly advice getting it all subtitled, if possible.

Well, youTube does allow anyone to submit their own subtitles once the video is out. As for the having them out day 1, i really can't make any promises :\

Finished editing my audio voice-overs for the Paprium documentary. All that's left now is to capture some streets of rage footage and video editing.

I don't know, we've all heard about Paprium being nearly finished bar some finishing touches before. Why should we believe you about your video..? I kid, of course!

The icing on the cake at this point would be a Paprium documentary that's in a state of 'nearly done' for six years.

Actually I'm looking forward to whatever gets made stika, I think people need something like that right now.

I've spoken to about 14 people about SOR4 so far and only 2 of them liked it.

Has anyone played it? Or know anyone involved in making the game? I mean, if Streets of Fury is what you get when there is no funding, no license, and no formal backing, I think we're in good shape. This dev knows beat-em-ups. The only people I'd be more comfortable doing it at this point would be Bomber Games, Way Forward, or Sega themselves.

I absolutely love the style just like I loved the look of the Dragon's Trap remake.

Honestly I am very happy they did not go for a fake MD look. I just can't stand games making an effort to look retro. I appreciate MD graphics on MD because the artists tried to make the most of limited capabilities. They did not set out to make their games look like Master System or SG-1000 games.

So doing something modern was absolutely neccessary for SoR4 as far as I am concerned. They obviously lack the budget to do a 3D game with AAA production values, so I am happy with this style they came up with. This is what I imagine the devs of SoR 1 - 3 would have done had they had the resolution, colors and memory.

It doesn't have to be "fake retro look" vs the style that they went with, though.

Look at some of the brilliant art in the newer 2D fighting games. I imagine that is much more in-line with what we'd get from the original devs if they wanted to stay true to the overall style.
