    I've put out an update to the demo which adds a completely new level as well as adds fixes/optimizations to the base game!

    I hope you'll find this an enjoyable run'n'gun experience with lots of cool setpieces.
    I've used several MD tricks to give the game flavor and separate it from the NES original.
    Slowdown should be quite improved, limited to the busiest scenes. Again this is something I'll continue to improve upon as while Wily Wars also had slowdown, it's something I'd like to fix entirely to do justice to the MD.

    I loved it, the background and music is really cool!

    If I could suggest something, I will say to look a bit to the controls, I always felt willy wars a bit strange in comparison to Nes / snes games, Megaman seems to be heavier to move, and when you try to make small steps and quick turns with the character he doesn't respond too well.

    Yeah, Wily Wars doesn't have the smooth controls the originals do. That said, I've based the movement in my engine entirely on the NES versions, so all of those problems should be gone in this game.
    I'll definitely keep improving it as I go on though, just in case there are still some small quirks left.
