Shakespeare Where did all of these NOS copies of Run Saber and Jack Nicklaus Golf come from?

I was watching some SNES Drunk and came across his Run Saber vid, and then I started looking for a copy on eBay and came across these listings-

So what's the deal? And why are they being bundled with Jack Nicklaus Golf? Is this part of the reason why people didn't think it was released in Europe? Was it a late-in-life release?

I recently saw a video, where these guys hooked up with a guy that had a warehouse full of those 6 pack games, dating back to NES. He was a store owner that had to close down several of his stores and had a warehouse full of unopened games like that.

These guys are obnoxious fools, but this is quite a find.

A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. Computer gaming and console (video) gaming are NOT the same thing."

Yeah, I'm not wasting my time with snobby retro game collectors. SNES Drunk will now be my go-to guy because he's the epitome of anti-snobbery, and has earned his place to be GOAT after watching this vid:

I recall that Hagane Blockbuster discussion taking place on nintendoage maybe 10 years ago, and guys basically proved the same thing that it was definitely not an exclusive. Somehow, most of the internet agreed otherwise though, and the game took on a life of it's own.
