Kiwi Games that shouldv'e been on Dreamcast but weren't

Mainly mean from a hardware perspective. But can be other reasons.

Magical Truck Adventure is a Model 3 game and looks stellar and would have been a great game to have. Maybe a US launch game or even if Japan only. I don't know why it wasn't.

Planet Harriers. Man, this feels like the perfect Dreamcast game. I never got to play it but I want to.

Zone of the Enders or should I say Enders Zone. I know it began as a DC game and I know why it was moved to PS2 but I'd prefer it on DC. SEGA consoles and mecha action games went hand in hand.

Life!? ... What console is that on?

Sonic Heroes and Jet Set Radio Future. If the console had lived on a bit longer, anyway.

At the very least, these coin-ops:

    Daytona USA 2
    Super GT / Scud Racer
Jurassic Park: The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3 together (screen shooters)
    Spike Out
Star Wars Arcade and Star Wars Trilogy - the Model 1 and Model 3 ones together

A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. Computer gaming and console (video) gaming are NOT the same thing."

I would've loved a Dreamcast port of Mega Man Legends, especially if it properly implemented analog control unlike the weird N64 port.

Strider 2 would've been way better on Dreamcast.

Driver, seems like an obvious choice.

WinBack, not even because I like the game, but just... N64 and PS2 is so weird for a game that's only on two systems.

Fatal Abyss, a 1998 Segasoft PC game. Just, like, on paper, it obviously should've been on Dreamcast. It's a submarine action game along the lines of Treasures of the Deep (PS1) and Sub Rebellion (PS2).

Basically every non-Dreamcast game released between 1998 and 2003 should've been on Dreamcast.

I really was upset that Colin McRae 2 and Alien Resurrection were dropped for the DC too and would have loved to have seen AM#1 port Ski Champ to the DC more so it was one of the best looking Model 3 games around at the time

Virtua Fighter 4, if a port was at all possible. At the time I'd hoped that Sega would port it as a last hurrah for the system, but alas it was not to be.

As was mentioned, Strider 2. It's a game I'm 50/50 on anyway, but at least it could have looked a lot nicer on the Dreamcast.

of the games we know, almost none

the generation followed a path and trends from which Dreamcast would be out of step. The situation could only be different if the dreamcast had continued, so it would dictate simpler games than the ones we know, so it would be other games in another view. Devil May Cry on the Dreamcast is total delusion of the user.

    Definitely Monkey Ball.
Lupin Shooting/Typing(hopefully localized, it was kinda popular at the time)
Ninja Assault (Japan themed light gun game)
Slashout (hack n slash beat 'em up)
If Spikeout should have, then it's arena fighter with beat 'em up mechanics, Spikers Battle should have as well.
If it could have made it to 2007, then Asian Dynamite, the(/a) sequel to Dynamite Cop.

For something non-NAOMI(the arcade board the consoles architecture was based on), Earth Defense Force(the giant bug/alien vehicle shooting series, not the arcade/SNES shoot 'em up). Feels like a series that would have gotten it's start on the Dreamcast as it is.

Demul, hikaru.zip, mie.zip, pharrier.zip(about 140 MB)[you'll probably have better luck looking for these within MAME roms], put the latter 3 in Demul's roms folder, load it through the Hikaru menu, enjoy. F4 for dip switch/service mode, 9 to move around the menus, 0 to confirm your selection, if you need to adjust anything in the game.

Let me know if you want to play around with Demul more, I'd been messing around with NAOMI[hence most of my recommendations](CHD roms need to be in folders and not zip files), Atomiswave(1 and F2 to move around and confirm in service mode), and that very little bit of Hikaru recently.

agreed with most of the ones here, id add Alien vs Predator since it sadly didn't make the saturn
obviously all the xbox early lineup, so many others up until dual analogs became a default anyway

i'd also add castlevania resurrection, what we saw from the data recently looked cool

Like others have mentioned here Virtua Fighter 4, Star Wars Trilogy Arcade and the Jurassic Park arcade games would have been a welcome sight on the Dreamcast. Still, I'm more than happy with what we got.
