I still think Star Trek IV was pretty darn great if not for the time travel scene alone, they were all like "IS IT POSSIBLE? and Spock was like maybe?"
and then.. THEY DID IT! and they went like around the sun and they were all like whoooooooooooooooooooooooosh and then they were in the 80s.
I mean, what more do you need from a movie? I'd totally watch those capeshit shit movies if they flew around the sun and catapulted themselves back to the awesome 80s. but that's just me.

Leonard Nimoy nailed the part as Spock, in the original series. All people that have played the part of a Vulkan, in the other series, have failed to reach the standards that he had established.
A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. After really not liking any of Picard or Discovery that I'd seen, I nevertheless decided to give Strange New Worlds a go. I've been pleasantly surprised. It may not be the best Star Trek I've ever seen, but it's a far cry better than the other new shows. I would actually recommend it.

I'm not a fan of new Star Trek, for me it died when Enterprise was cancelled. (and in the most hideous way too, with Riker pretty much telling us to suck it)
Been rewatching DS-9 lately, still holds up.
