Can't post in Off Topic Forum?

I've been trying to post my thoughts in the Star Trek thread for a day now, but every time I submit I get the following (regardless of what browser I use):

The forum seems to be half-broken. I can't access a bunch of topics (with the same error messages that Joe reported above) and quoting isn't working either.
