Megadrive Disney Collection: Quackshot & Castle of Illusion

Castle of Illusion and QuackShot are revered by Genesis owners as two of the best platformers of the 16-bit era. European gamers were lucky to get a collection of both these great games late in the console's life, and it might be an option for those looking to skip high prices. it most certainly WOULD be an option, if only I had that option back in 96, both games are superb and together it is a 10 from me

I never even knew this came out in Pal land for the MD. I did get the collection on the Saturn mind. Quackshot is one of the best 16 bit Platform games ever made, so much better than the Sonic's and Donkey Kong County games IMO
    Panzer Dragoon Zwei is
one of the best 3D shooting games available

As the review stated, Quackshot was like Ducktales. The feel was there there as was the panache of the toon.

never watched but disney could virtually do no wrong on the MD in the 90s and I would have given the same score as the reviewer on this review as these both are awesome

Disney franchises were wonderful on the MD but unfortunately a few never made it on the console from the NES days (Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, etc..,) and I think those would have been great in 16bit glory.
