Question Is my Everdrive pretty much dead?

Was playing with it on my Nomad, Splatterhouse 2. The game at some point glitched up and froze on me, turn Nomad off/on and now it only shows an orange screen.

-sd card is still readable on my pc
-updated to the latest version v36
    -It's an everdrive v2
    -Tried deep cleaning it

Sometimes when I turn the system back on after re-insert the cart, it boots directly to splatterhouse.

    Can this thing be saved?

that sucks - i'm gonna assume you did the usual: cleaned the board (contacts look good in the pic), upgraded firmware if possible, etc? not sure how stable krizz is at the moment but he's repaired my stuff in the past

may I suggest you upgrade to at least X3 or X5, those are way faster and better.

Not sure if Krikzz would be able to service it, but I suppose this may be the proverbial kick in the ass to seek a newer iteration. Of course, supply is kind of approaching vaporware levels at the moment, but they do pop up on his site once in a while.
