Can definitely relate to that, the past couple of months have been really brutal in my family as well. Heart attack, heart disease, stroke, etc. As the primary caregiver of my mom in particular, it's just mentally, emotionally and spiritually draining, as her health has become so deteriorated and she's been through so much. Tying to stay positive and hopeful, but it's tough going. My best wishes to you and yours. Merry Christmas everyone.

Thanks my friend. Being strong is always important. Even if it is difficult you need to be stoic, if you will, in the face of adversity as it is important rather than breaking down.
My step-father (a good man) just found out he has a mass on the pancreas and that's some tough news.

Merry Christmas, everyone!
I got some great games! I put a few NES games on my list, and got them all! Plus columns, which I enjoy, but didn't have a copy of until now. I bought a beat up NES from a thrift shop a few years ago for really cheap. I fixed it up with a new 72-pin, and re-capped it. I didn't have anything to play until now! All the games play perfectly. Zelda still held a save, but I'll probably swap the battery to to future-proof it.

^ You got the classic ones, but the second SMB is my favorite.
I'm glad everyone seems to be enjoying their gifts so far! This is what I got:
I rented Toy Story in the '90s not too long after it came out. I remember enjoying it, but I have not played it since. It seems like a lot of people like it, so I am really interested in trying it again. Remember Me is one of those titles that seems like it has a lot of potential based on what I know about it, but not many people talk about it (from my experience, anyway). Everything else is right up my alley, and I'm looking forward to playing them.
