TE. Hangtime really isnt a true NBA jam title (i know it officially is, but it isnt, come on), and TE is pure crazy sports fun. BOOMSHAKALAKA!

I recently got the Sega CD version. I can't wait to try it, but I can't play it until I get this fucking TV hookup in the mail. The place I bought from is in Florida, so it should've been here sooner than expected.

This game has two releases, one regular one and one that came with a pack of cards!

I still don't understand why no one has made a hack of this version or the 32x version with updated rosters. Way better than the SNES one solely on the fact that there is background music. I honestly think the Saturn edition of NBA Jam T.E. might be the best though. 32x has some scaling but doesn't look as good as the arcade.

I have a coupe guesses, but what I'll say is that it's not a simple graphic hack like Tecmo Super Bowl.

He's referring to the fact that the Snes version of NBA Jam has lately been receiving a lot of romhacking love, with completely overhauled rosters and new hidden characters and whatnot.

Well, I can only speak for myself, but I would love to hack NBA Jam, and especially Hangtime, with updated rosters.

However, I'd need help from the community. If you know of a good roster editor, let me know and I'll do the work. Additionally, Hangtime needs another hack just to slow down the players a notch because they move way too fast.

Play the arcade version, then the SNES version, and then the Genesis version. You'll notice a big difference in player movement.

I would love a hack of the Arcade/mame rom of NBA JAM with the audio from the sega cd version.
That would be the ultimate version imo.

Ah! Good point. I've still never played that port, but heard great things about it. I should fire it up this weekend to compare.
