    Default Game Genie Problems

No games work on my Genesis with the Game Genie. With Thunder Force II, I get a message that says ROM error. Who can solve this problem?

Do you mean after you press Start after entering the codes, or just when you connet them and turn the thing on? ROM errors are generally caused by mucky contacts or cart slot (the SMS is notorious for this). With a Game Genie, there's two sets of slots to clean. Great.

It is when I press start after I enter in the codes.

Does anybody have the ROM error for Thunder Force II. I need to know this because this game is killing me. If others have this problem, please tell me.

    I have TF2 and a Game Genie, I'll give it a shot.

Throughout history, suspicion has always bred conflict. The real conflict, though, resides in people's hearts. This conflict has just begun.

If it helps, Game Genies aren't exactly that reliable. For some reason they hate import titles especially - my Japanese OutRun has incredibly fuzzy lines screwing up the image when played through the Game Genie. Not so when plugged into my sliced cartridge slot.

I have TF2, and a game geine (it has a switch and a light, if there are any different kinds) I don't have this problem. I imagine you just need to unplug the genei, clean something, or just incert it more. Maybe it acknowledges what it needs, and when it tries to access something else, it can't find the connectors. Try pluggin it in more, sometimes mine doesn't work if it's parlty plugged in.
If the Genesis was the next level, what was the 32X?
    The bonus level?
