Despite what Jack Nicholson says, we CAN all handle the truth.

However, as you may know, a little-known critical philosopher from the fifth century once maintained that the only thing we know for sure is that we know nothing at all. His radical abandonment for senseless, hasty criticism and categorization of life and Nature may have gotten him killed (by forced suicide); but, then again, he only taught Plato, who later taught Aristotle, who later taught Alexander the Great. His ethical belief to put everything into question is a founding element in modern philosophy and the scientific method. The dilemma of his irony is not to be misunderstood, however. In this instance, it should be interpreted as a matter of giving an individual the “benefit of the doubt.” Instead of bashing what you DON’T know Jamesdude can do, simply ask yourself: What do I know about Jamesdude?

"He was the teacher of Plato, who was in turn the teacher of Aristotle. And like Ozzy Osborne, was repeatedly accused of corruption of the young." ~ Ted T. Logan.

Also, I never understood why there isn't already a RKA cartoon.

No objection there. But, as they say, it is the youth that defines generations. The youth will usually find inspiration in allegoricaly current controversies upon Radical Thinking. Socrates was as much a radical thinker and provocateur in his time as, say, Galileo Galiley or Isaac Newton. But, seldom you'll find a person nowadays in his/her right mind who questions the spherical propensity of the Earth, let alone its gravitational pull.

I agree. There should be one.

jamesdude has grand movie ideas for Sega games.

I have even grander ideas for movies based on Sega-16 forum members.

Zebbe will one day have his android life story told via Bollywood dancing.

Yeah, Where is the script telling us the story of "Zebbe, the swedish android who learned to love"?
    I'd do the dancing...

@jamesdude: I actually think this is a nice idea, but what's putting me off is the notion of several sequels already from the beginning. For one, most movie series with several sequels tend get worse as they go on, and in most cases, not more than two were written or directed by the same guy (Nightmare on Elm Street being an exception there, with Wes Craven directing three movies). So already thinking of five sequels to Altered Beast before even having penned the first? I congratulate you on having that many ideas, but this sounds more like a mini-series than material for a feature film.

In regards to Sonic, what would you tell? There are already two series and a four-part Anime OVA out there (not to mention several comic books, but that's different media). What would you do different?

I like the Rocket Knight Adventures Idea, though. This screams for being made into an animated series.

The funny thing about an oxymoron is, even if you remove the ox, there'll always be a moron. The Question Remains: Y?

Well, back in college I had my own student's theatre and did stageplay adaptations of screenplays - our first play was a stageplay version of Trey Parker's "Cannibal! The Musical!"

Just thinking about how awesome and passionate this movie will be makes me want to cry in a masculine way (like seeing a loyal dog sitting on his dead master's grave).

I have you down as "director of dance numbers".

When I get the $600 Billion I require to make this movie happen, it will happen.

And I'm sorry jamesdude, but when this epic story hits theaters, everyone will stop making movies. This movie will be so epic in size, story, and scope that it will be pointless to make any more movies.

Oh yeah, I can already see the first teaser trailer before my eyes...

"In a dystopian world united by the power of Hoff...

a swedish android, awakened by the touch of Raśl Julia...

sets out on a jawusumn journey...

    encountering many friends and foes...

    Kiwi Spambots...

Rusty, master of the bouncy avatars...

    the notorious Dancing German Pirate...

and the most sarcastic fiend of all, wielder of the mighty ban stick, the mysterious being only known as Joe...

Introducing Mr. Smith as the President of the United States!

    SEGA-16, the movie

    available in blast processing only

    Rated "J" for "jawusumn"

A Sega-16 movie would be equally as epic.

Epic is an understatement. Sega-16 the Movie is easily going to be the Willow of the 21st Century. Where can I buy my cinema tickets?
