Monopoly
Everyone likes board games! Among them, one is king, and it’s pretty tough to beat when it comes to video game renditions of these American classics. I’m talking about the one and only Monopoly, a game that everyone knows. It’s time to take those hotels into the digital realm, friends! Fire up your Genesis, grab a few friends, and prepare to spend the next twenty hours or so trying to stay out of jail.
BC Racers (32X)
Mario Kart for the SNES opened up a whole new racing genre, one companies have been trying to excel at for more than a decade. At one time, it seemed like every company with a mascot got in on the kart rage, and Core Design threw its hat into the ring with the Chuck Rock-inspired BC Racers. A game that should have been a showcase for the new 32X, it instead fell victim to the same dull and uninspired gameplay that plagued most of the other contenders to Mario’s crown. Cyborg Justice
One would think that heavily-armed robots beating each other senseless would be a no-brainer formula for a great game. Sega and Novotrade apparently thought so, as Cyborg Justice was their idea of a beat-’em-up that couldn’t lose. Unfortunately, it needed a bit more time in the oven, and the game we got was a half-baked attempt at best.

Capcom has been on a tear lately, reviving several old franchises for current consoles. One series that’s been given special attention is Commando, with both Bionic Commando and MERCS receiving upgrades for both the Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. Being the inquisitive nuts that we are, we cornered Commando 3: Wold of the Battlefield associate producer Rey Jimenez for some details behind the new game released this past June.
