Sometimes, what seems like a great idea on paper doesn’t work at all in practice. That was the case with the Genesis port of Galaxy Force II, which was incredible in arcades. What could have been a magnificent experience instead turned out to be a cold, empty shell devoid of any of the original’s qualities. Chock full of great special effects and very challenging, the game is one of Mickey’s best efforts.
