Tails’ SkyPatrol

The Game Gear gave Sonic’s sidekick Tails a chance to shine, and he was featured in several different types of games. A Japanese exclusive, Tails’ SkyPatrol was a shooter that’s as short as it is colorful. It may not be a long ride, but what’s there is worth looking into.

Master System Reviews

R-Type

Irem’s classic blasts its way onto the Master System! SEGA did an incredibly faithful job reprogramming this arcade hit, and it pushes the console to the limit (wait, I thought there weren’t any!). If you’re a fan of shooters or the R-Type series in general, then you need to grab this one!

Sega’s screaming fighter shmup is back, and this time it’s on your iPhone! Everyone loves After Burner, and Sega’s made the classic franchise portable again. Genesis Reviews

This has given them a special type of charm that makes import buyers eager to get their hands on the next great foreign hit, like Gleylancer or Panorama Cotton. Unfortunately, some, while not as exceptional, are still worth playing for a low price, providing one takes the trouble to track them down.
